Let’s Connect: Philly’s Artists Take on the Barnes challenged the city’s artists to create a work of their own in response to a single work of art in the Barnes collection.

310 artists submitted work for consideration and their work was displayed in an exhibition at the Barnes, so the public and a team of curators could select which four artists would be invited for a residency on-site in the Mural Arts Studio at the Barnes.

Over 3,500 people came to see the Let's Connect exhibition, 2,226 ballots were submitted, and 21,658 votes were cast.
